Daughter lives in New Orleans - you have to remember that NO is VERY liberal but the rest of the state is conservative. She’s predicting Romney will carry the state.

One of the networks showed a close up of Northern Virginia. The commentators expressed surprise that Northern Virginia was a sea of red, when they all expected it to be blue.
VA looks promising for Romney.

Power finally turned on last night. FNC is beyond depressing and Kelley should be booted from the panel for all her giddiness. Darn, Casey will hold his seat in Pa.

they just call the PA Senate for Casey. I doubt those voters went for Romney
To: nutmeg
Romney will win here in NC, I’ve never felt much doubt about that. Obama barely pulled this state out in ‘08 despite a massive black turnout and he’s not getting nearly that enthusiasm again. I’m more worried about my beloved native Old Dominion (Virginia) than I am about NC.

Ohio numbers are from very heavy Democrat areas.

Chuck Todd on Florida: Ive talked to experts on both sides, very quietly tonight, who both say they expect Romney to carry the state by under 100,000 votesWow the Toddster bailed on FL. I'll put that state to bed.

Hope I can sleep, knowing that the country is on the verge of turning into the USSR tonight.

Fox is already calling the senate race for Casey.
I don’t know if I believe it. Why would coal country vote against Smith?
To: mylife
WTH happened in NC? I thought that was a comfortable Romney lead.

Damn... they just call the PA Senate for Casey. How is that possible - most votes counted are from Philadelphia so far - way to early to tell, IMHO
