The First lady and I voted on Halloween. Took us an hour (1300-1400 hrs). When we left, the line was the same size.

We voted at about 1000, Hope Church on Little Road(County 1). In our 15 years here, busiest by far. Had to wait in line to get DL scanned, wait in line to get ballot receipt, wait in line to get ballot, wait in line to fill in ballot, wait in line to scan paper ballot. This precinct is about 70% R or R leaning Indies.
