I don’t know I am just learning about that. Turned the TV to Fox News about 20 minutes ago. I doubt he would claim to have had an affair if he didn’t. That doesn’t preclude the idea that he may have felt he couldn’t serve under 0coward anymore and factored that in. Resigning doesn’t get him out of testifying for Congress if they want to call him up.
