Newsflash: Romney has already telegraphed that Obamacare isn't going anywhere. It might be amended, but not repealed. We've gotten so spun up about defeating Democrats that we've forgotten who we've got on our team. Romney is a liberal. We knew he was a liberal during the primaries. We knew he invented Obamacare. We knew he supported abortion. We knew he signed gun bans into law. We knew he legalized gay marriage. Having Todd Akin in the Senate isn't going to change that, and frankly, Akin is dangerously stupid.

Jonathan Dine has a strong position on 2nd Amendment rights and 10th Amendment rights. He's opposed to Obamacare, taxes and regulations. I don't like his position on abortion and I'm not thrilled with his position on gay marriage, but you can't get everything you want in a candidate.

If you remember 2000's "October surprise," George W. Bush also had a DUI. Yeah, that was bad, but he didn't drive off a bridge and drown his date, so we got over it. I voted for Bush in 2000, and I'm not going to pretend that a DUI is suddenly a show-stopper for me. You know what's a show-stopper for me? Not knowing how rape works.

Many, many things Romney can do, as well as a Republican Senate to "change" Obi-Care. But there is no chance of doing this with Ma in the Senate.
