Arrived at poll at 6:00 am in St. Louis City (Ward 7 pct 5 “Soulard”). Large pro-Obama crowd. 30 minute wait to vote. A few people in front of me in line were sent to a special desk to the side because their names were not in the book or their addresses didn’t match.
Is turnout in your ward lighter than 2008?
No insult intended here - but for non-STL folks - Soulard is an urban-yuppie-rehab kind of place (historic neighborhood in St. Louis), so that observation is to be expected.
