Explain again to me the Presidents power to spend? Once again the supreme power of George Bush to bend to his will all of Congress. George Bush, such power to wield. I think you must be holding back on all of his other crimes out of a feeling of compassion.

He vetoed or threatened to veto almost nothing..

Well Barry don't seem to have any problem handing out money all over the middle east. It is easier when you don't have a budget, but I will lay that at the feat of Boehner, who has already said that they will not repeal ObamaCare.
