But how is the identity of Obama's bio-dad relevant to his eligibility?
I believe that the law in all 50 states presently recognizes the legal father as not necessarily being the same person as the bio-dad.
Somehow it reminds me of claims that Charles VII wasn't "really" the son of Charles VI, and so had no claim to the French throne. (Given what we know of his mother's morals, this is entirely possible.)
But in America we have no idea that rank is hereditary, and so I just fail to see how any of your admirably hard work is relevant.
Bio-dad? I didn’t ask who his biological father is, I ask who is his father of actual legal record?
Were both his legal parents American citizens at the time of his birth? Was he born on American soil?
I can’t honestly say I know the answer to either question.
