It is long past time to repeal the regulatory and fiscal impediments to owning gun mufflers. The regulation has been a public health disaster, resulting in millions of people losing hearing.

Even most of Europe has less regulation of gun mufflers than the United States. In Finland, the manufacture, sale, ownership and use of gun mufflers (suppressors, silencers) has been ruled a constitutional right.

With wholesale ownership of the House, Senate, and White House next year, it will be possible to successfully lobby for landscape-changing gun law changes to restore the right to keep and bear arms responsibly and healthfully, specifically toward suppressors. The removal of taxation on these tools is long past due.

"applicants must submit a $200 payment for the transfer tax, duplicate copies of passport photos and fingerprints, and receive a signoff from a chief law enforcement officer (CLEO) in their jurisdiction."

How is that Constitutional?! Try that stuff with abortion and see what happens.
