Just happened to be looking at some Patrick Henry quotes yesterday (he's one of my favorite 'sons of Virginia') .... these two aply:

Well, the principle Henry expressed AND the fact that government transparency is, ultimately, currency for the press.
I’ve been wondering if my former keepers in the lamestream media would EVER speak up on behalf of their own business interests....
