I believe the answer is yes. As your aware, for impeachment, the HR issues charges for impeachment. The Senate then is responsible to put the accused on trial.
If the Senate stays in Democrat hands, then we might as well forget that path.
However. If say the Department of Justice where to seek charges against the ex-president, then that route could remain an option.
Perhaps some one with a far greater knowledge of how the various processes work will step forward and add, delete, scold my potential bad answers.
