FEMA was begun under President Carter!!!!
In 2008 the annual FEMA budget was $6 billion - have no idea what it is now.
Not clear how many permanent Federal employees work in this agency - or what they do when there are no natural or man-made disasters.

they attend fusion meetings where during the day they discuss with state and local law enforcement how to put down the locals when the revolution starts and at night they screw prostitutes and get completely inebriated on the taxpayer dollar.
