On the hill in Northfield, we used to burn a car when we switched from winter to summer uniforms. The seniors would buy a crappy car from someone on campus, go down to the parking lot and push it up to the parade ground. Then it would be set on fire and the seniors would dance around it like idiots throwing their “never to be worn” uniforms onto the car.
I don’t know how long it went on, but for the four years I was there it happened around Easter break every year.
