I need the subway to go to court in both New York and Brooklyn County and both lines are still flooded.

This is going to be a complete fiasco for months.

What I can’t believe is that lower Manhattan, below 34th, is still in the dark. My son lives in Jersey City and between 6am and midnight they won’t let you through the Lincoln Tunnel into NYC unless you have three people in the car.
