Even if the rise in temperature is slight, I think that changing the wind/weather patterns is an equally important issue. I really think this article makes sense. Actually, a lot more sense than regulating Carbon. When you have hundreds of these things in the same area there have to be changes in wind speed and direction. That alone could change in weather patterns. If these are all over the world imagine how much of an impact they could have on weather as the global warmists put up more and more of them.
