When I was younger the city I lived in had exactly one black family out of population of fifty thousand. In those days, fifty years ago, religion was many times a big divider. I was raised a Catholic and heard a number of times people say they hated Catholics. I’m sure there were Catholics who said they hated Protestants. How did it affect me? Just about nothing at all. For one thing I had close Protestant friends, so I knew they weren’t evil, and they knew I wasn’t evil. I don’t let the fact people, (Islamists, Lefists) hate me for what I and my country are bother me much. I ignore them.
