At least the Job Corps taught meaningful occupational trades ( Carpentry , electricians, plumbers , heavy equipment operators , etc. ) to disadvantaged youth with the opportunity to work their way out of poverty , inner-city gangs, etc.
The FEMA Corps is just another way to create armed government parasites for crowd control .
