I’ve see pictures recently of neonatal ward in Dallas, sent to me by my son’s girlfriend, a nurse holding twin girls, and in the background dozens of mothers.. It appeared all of them were of color, Black or Hispanic, or maybe a few Mideasterns..
Remember, these are only infants that are suffering some birth problems, many quite serious.. Our Friend, the nurse is in a supervisory position.. I asked how many of the mothers are on some sort of Fed aid, she laughed, and said she seldom sees any that are not..
We are talking about tens of thousands of seriously ill newborns, with extraordinarily expensive medical costs, some into the 6 figures.. When I asked if she could discern if they are married, or if a father was identified? Her answer was hardly any of the Black even identify a man, and a few list several possible candidates with humorous comments..
I don’t care what anyone takes my posting this as racist in any way, I report you can take away any opinion you wish..
Aside from the moral and sociological implications, or the long term empirical probabilities, this is unsustainable..
Our cultural implications is far more serious, and tragedy does not nearly describe the situation.. Biblical, in it’s proportion, a better description..
