Before wasting your time with yout recall movement, you might take a look at the US Constitution so as not to look silly. If you were to do so, you would find that there is no way of recalling Congressmen.
Each body has control over who sits there and can expel a member. The House, at least, has done so on occasion.

I think that a major amount of post-election broom action is not only necessary, but it is a civic duty of We, the People.
