You're not wrong, because we all know he'll be out in X amount of years [X = not enough time] and doing it again.

In Texas they only serve 12.5% of their sentence. Plus they get credit for time served in county awaiting trial, while the case is on appeal, etc.

So a 30 year prison sentence may only mean a year or two in an actual prison.

Our state justice systems have been sabotaged.
