Education in America has been in a downward spiral for 40+ years while Federal and State governments have been meeting union demands for ever increasing salaries and budgets.
It’s time, well past time, for the educators themselves to stand up for what they know is right rather than settle for another increase while the kids get screwed.
What they "know is right" is to go on strike if they don't get another salary increase while the kids get screwed.
It is a pipe dream to think otherwise.
