No! What I meant is that his team will start meeting with members of Congress and heads of state to start making deals for when he officially takes over starting Jan20. This will go a long way towards neutralizing much of what Obama plans on doing between November and Jan.

Obama didn't inherit a mess; Obama inherited an opportunity, which he wasted.
If Obama is re-elected, he'll discover what it means to have a mess he can't blame on someone else. Of course, we all know he will.
Today I saw a picture of Romney pitching in and helping in relief efforts. I saw a picture of Obama giving a speech.
Pretty clear difference to me. One candidate will work to achieve goals. The other one gives a speech.
