Hes making a show (excuse) of being in charge during a disaster.
Except that, by doing so, it'll be easily apparent that, he's using the hurricane and trying to turn it into a campaign advantage.
There is nothing that Obama does, that is not about him, including trying to appear presidential during a disaster.
If the Benghazi terrorist attacks had been able to be thwarted, he would have turned that event into a commercial, touting how his "leadership" in a time of crisis had worked well. But, since Benghazi was a total disaster, he would rather people forget it and stop talking about it altogether. He talks a good game when something turns out right, like the mission to kill Bin-Laden, but, if that had failed, you would be seeing him blaming others for the failure and moving on.
This "president" is nothing but a coward!
