I've heard of these two guy's, but could care less what they think or really what they actually do.

Very true. It is a cliche. But it could have been profound had you'd just have spelled it this way:

I've heard of these two guys, but couldn't care less what they think or really what they actually do.

Instead it comes off as if you are just repeating some words you heard once, and have no understanding of their meaning. Eh. English is a dying language anyway.
