He kept the house (with about $45K in equity). He probably kept a couple of vehicles, too. She got his 401(k) and some cash.
He gets full-time custody of the kids, and her visitation is severely limited. I suspect that he was willing to give up a little or a lot for this.
His problem is that, at any time, she can decide to change her mind and demand custody and child support, and is likely to get it.
