Loma Prieta in 1989 was either 6.9 or 7.1 depending on measurement methodolgy, Northridge in 1994 was 6.7.
Richter scale is logarithmic, as you may know.

Did the bouys that are blinking yellow actually pickup the earthquake? Looking at the charts there is a “bobble” about the time of the earthquake.
