I believe that statement is true.

But were they deployed to Benghazi on 9/11/2012? At this point we don’t know. The article provides a strong basis for assuming one or both were but an assumption is not proof.

I agree. We're getting a little out in front of the facts that are in evidence.

It may well turn out to be the case that such assets were in the air over Benghazi on 9/11. Nothing in this piece comes out and definitively asserts it to be so.
