I believe that statement is true.

But were they deployed to Benghazi on 9/11/2012? At this point we don’t know. The article provides a strong basis for assuming one or both were but an assumption is not proof.

"US Govt" to inform him of his son's death in Benghazi ("Ty"), that the govt. spokesman said there was an A130 ON STATION. Was up on the DMZ in VN and saw Puff workout at least three or four times.
Guns fired so fast it looked like it was firing a laser ... and it sounded like a foghorn. Just incredible.

I would be careful about claiming that a Specter gunship was there. The laser designator can also work for armaments carried on drones, that we know were there.

The gunships were asked for, I am pretty sure about that, but I have not seen good evidence that one was on the scene.

I agree. We're getting a little out in front of the facts that are in evidence.

It may well turn out to be the case that such assets were in the air over Benghazi on 9/11. Nothing in this piece comes out and definitively asserts it to be so.

This whole thing happened because this administrationw was arming the Al Quida affiliate rebels in Syria, using Al Quida in Libya to get them there.

It went bad somehow and he simply was willing to let the Ambassador and others involved die...people who were carrying out his commands.

By being a traitor and committing treachory against these brave Americans who were fighting for their lives,..he is trying to cover up his larger treachery against the entire nation.

Travis, what's the deal with these laser designators? Particularly, is it true that this thing is used only in real time, to illuminate targets for (in this case) an AC-130u that's there, right now, waiting to blow something up?

Or, is it true that it can be used presumably in advance of the arrival of the AC-130u (in this situation) to record the location (by gps coordinates, maybe?) of targets like buildings or other locations where bgs could be setting up shop?

Or is this maybe something that just ain't supposed to be talked about... you know what I mean.

Seems to me that this issue could be quite incriminating, depending...
