Well..., all I can say is you were caught up in the “fog of war”.

1.CIA operatives may include former SEALs, but ex-CIA operatives are rarely former SEALs. The vast majority of former DOD Special Ops wouldn't join the CIA for reasons that would seem inexplicable to civilians. It is what it is.

2.The “lost” portable SAMs in Libya are 100% USA Grade A, Obama/Clinton provided (FREE CELL PHONE) quality munitions.

The lost “Ruski” stuff is all in Iran and Syria now, via Iraq, both before and after the whole Bush's fault meme.

Do try to keep up!

I do try and keep up...

Several reports like this ABC one came out around Sept. 13th, apparently based on emails sent by the contractors to buddies at home -

http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/glen-doherty-navy-seal-killed-libya-intel-mission/story?id=17229037

ABC says they spoke to Glen a month BEFORE the attack and he said this

...In an interview with ABC News last month, Glen Doherty, a 42-year-old former Navy SEAL who worked as a contractor with the State Department, said he personally went into the field to track down so-called MANPADS, shoulder-fired surface-to-air missiles, and destroy them....

I don't believe that the US production of Stinger missiles - designed here in Tucson - is high enough to "lose" 20,000.
