The kidnapping of Ambassador Stephens is becomming more and more likely to be the operational plan being hatched by Obama. The blind sheik would have been exchanged as he had already committed to.

Unfortunately for Stephens and Obama, the level of resistance exceeded the expectations of that which the plan needed to succeed.
