without the consent of the Libyan govt OUR consulate was under attack by militarily armed Libyans. This was either sanctioned by the Libyan government, in which case it was an act of war and asking them permission would be an act of treason, aiding instead of fighting the enemy. Or it was against their wishes, yet demonstrably NOT under their control in which case their permission was irrelevant. Anarchies can't give real permission. And if it was anarchy that was certainly not the fault of Libyans. Gadaffi certainly hadn't run an anarchy. Overt attacks like this would never have happened under his control. Any anarchy would be mainly the fault of one man, the Grand Pres-Bo, unsupported by any other legal authority. PBO [Praised Be Obama]

The US military operates under command of civilian authority that will neither admit nor accept that Libya (among other nations) is an anarchy. This is a political judgement call the military is not authorized to make.
Therefore I sympathize with your rant but there is no legal way a US military commander could have authorized sending gunships or military force into Benghazi unless directed by our government, namely, barry obama. And Hillary and barry for months now both went to exceeding great lengths to kowtow to the dirt bags who killed Qadaffi and are now known as the Libyan "government"
The 2 individuals that tried to do something on their own both died, brave souls. Hope their story is fully explained and understood some day.
Furthermore there could be sensitive news we are not hearing that the attackers were not "Libyans" nor perhaps even "al Qaeda" but operatives of or mercenaries hired by a state power that is an enemy of the US and a friend to Syria (Assad), tasked to take-down a covert US Libyan-based weapons-running operation to Syria
