Any military person who was in the chain of command that denied support and does not resign their post should be court martialed. Any civilian should be tried for at a minimum wrongful death.

On a plea bargain let them testify against this administration and spill the beans.
Reserve a Court Martial for those who do not co-operate and only the top commanding officers.
Those of lower rake strip them of their rank.
The Secretary of Defense should resign.... so should the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
