I’m very familiar with Mormon teachings - having a very good friend who is a Mormon. We’ve discussed and argued religion many, many times. I’m also aware that they aren’t Christian, according to my Biblical viewpoint. However, they do live clean, moral lives - more than I can say about the current occupier in the WH. Romney does believe in God, and we need to keep him in our prayers.
Your Mormon friend seems to have won the arguments, on this thread, your posts to me have been about defending Mormonism.
Show him your post 34 and your responding to it, he will be pleased.
By the way, what we think of as moral are different, I don’t think that it is moral to try to use deceit and lies to trick a person into leaving Christ and joining an anti-Christian cult, even when the cult member is a polite, calm, nonsmoker that doesn’t raise his voice, and does what the cult tells him to do.
It takes more than having a pleasing appearance, and living a calm life for me to think of a warrior against Christ, as “moral”.
