Thanks for the review. I was hoping to hear that the old scintillating Savage was back. I theorized that he was doing the show for TRN grudgingly, almost half heartedly and that a new syndicator would blow that attitude away. Alas, it appears that my theory was wrong.
I think Thursday’s show was Savage’s best since the comeback, funnier, more commentary on current news stories, it will take some time for him to settle back into his groove.
I’m guessing there is no website that offers commercial free podcasts of the Savage Nation yet, correct?
I wonder if they will charge 5 bucks a month as TRN Central did in the past. I hope they offer this.
Well I’m just one person’s opinion, I don’t know why Savage had so many lackluster shows and so many absences during his last years with TRN, but I don’t think it was all just because of TRN.

Doc S. sounded calmer to me with the new regime. (I miss the last hour and half of the show due to work schedule. gotta be up early)

I had a podcast yearly membership at trn1. I like to listen late at night as I wind down. So far as I can find there is no podcast yet. If you hear of one at some point, please mention it here or ping me.
Mark Levin 's free daily podcast comes from his own website. Neither Cumulus nor savagenation website have a podcast. I'm searching for an app I like that will record the internet stream from any of the streaming stations he's on and convert that to a podcast that will automatically load up in iTunes. My son tells me that some exist for about $20-$30 dollars.
By the way, glad to see someone on here who actually likes Savage and takes him as he comes, warts and all; so many complainers here when they don't get exactly what they want minute by minute.

I was hoping the same thing-and yep I was wrong as well.
I haven’t listened since his return on tuesday and a bit on wednesday where he was arguing with someone about how many people could fit on a chinook helicopter-haven’t listened since and have been forgetting to listen.
Can’t figure out why exactly tho - machogirl said something similar on another thread.
oh well
