By the judge’s determination that a city within Tennessee is a branch of the State government, and therefore can issue valid i.d.s, I take that to mean we no longer have to have driver’s licenses issued by the State. Shoot, each city or county can issue their own. Why not? If the city/county is a branch of the State by his Honor’s reasoning, hey, screw the State issued gun permits. Each city/county has now been given the authorization to issue their own. The judge, by extension, says they have the authority, right? (rhetorical) Gosh. No more state issued real estate licenses, contractor’s licenses, healthcare licenses. Yoohoo! (sarcasm, but not directed at you)

“Memphis required a photo ID to check books out of the library, and there were no race riots”

No... I can’t post the obvious. Would not be nice.
