Here in the Philadelphia area there is greatly reduced Obama enthusiasm. It's far, far less, although I have to say in this last week, some Obama yard signs have been cropping up on lawns of some known union leaders in my area. I have the impression that most of them aren't really crazy about him, but they detest Republicans more and so put up the Obama signs to show they still care. Before this last week, there were very, very few Obama signs.

Furthermore, I have never seen such lack of support for a Black candidate over a White candidate in the Black community ever. WHen there's been a Black guy running for mayor or city council or president (remember when Jessie Jackson was trying to get his party's nod way back when?) the yard and window signs began to appear in Black neighborhoods. In 2008, they were like Obama wallpaper. This time, there's almost none.

Even with the recent increase in Obama support in the burbs where I live, Romney still has the edge. I have to believe the Pennsylvania race is very close. A nasty rainstorm in Philadelphia could easily put a hurting on the Obama turnout. I'm going to pray for rain.

Obama’s policies have hurt blacks more than any toher single group. Obama is not black—he’s red.
