Those are mostly blue states anyway and their Electoral votes are already expected for Obama. Let’em cheat there. It’s Va, Ohio, Florida and the other lean states we need to to be concerned about.
Um... PA is already in play and if this affects Philly, it could be the difference.
My fear is that it hits Philadelphia, Dems scream minority disenfranchisement, and polls are held open for several more days. Dems then execute MASSIVE vote fraud, every urbanite voting multiple times. Philly achieving %200 vote participation. And Pennsylvania is the difference in the election.
