These foreigners’ are only targeting areas that the ACLU, NAACP, etc., identified as being likely to be doing things to discourage or prevent voting by minorities (such as requiring valid voter ID, etc.).
Texas is full of illegal aliens in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Dallas.
I hope AG Abbott has the Texas Rangers arrest some of these ‘observers’ for violating State law and that they do it quickly.
