Red Rocks is on the edge of the southwest suburbs of Denver metro. It’s the heart of the battleground in Colorado, not in the sticks or the mountains. But a fantastic event, very much recommend people watch the video and photos.

I was thinking the same. Red Rocks is gorgeous, but not very remote.

Great setting & easily accessible. Attended functions there several times, among them Easter sunrise services. Years ago I attended an Aretha Franklin concert ... she didn't perform over a money dispute with the event planner. Problem was no one found out until she was due to perform on stage. The resulting riot wasn't pretty, police called in as back up had difficulty getting to the venue because of all the traffic leaving Red Rocks. Bottom line a lot of damage. No refunds were ever made. My opinion of Aretha Franklin was forever changed ... nothing she's done in subsequent years ever impressed me.

The Beatles played Red Rocks.

BTW, the Denver Post print edition buried this story.
