Allred is NOT admitted to practice in Mass

She has to apprea Pro hac vice and an attorney MUST vouch for her. If she is doing this pro bono (duh) she does not have to pay the fee. SOMEBODY is paying her fees so that means she is NOT doing this probono.

There has to be a hearing.

The hearing could be set after the election.

If an amature can find this information, then any real journolist can and should find it all. Allred becomes an non story zippity quick.

Allred was a DNC delegate last month; no question she's coordinating with Weaselrod.. This is desperation by the DNC. I think they were saving this crap for the last weekend before the election (no time for Mitt to respond).

They had to go with it now because 1) Baracchio's internal polling is probably showing him losing big, 2) To try to deflect attention from the latest Benghazi bombshell: emails sent to all highest levels of the Administration, showing they knew within 2 hours of the start of the attack that it was Ansar Al Sharia (AQ). And BTW Zero, Biden & Panetta were together in the Oval Office 9/11/12 and didn't send reinforcements. They subcontracted Americans' security to local Libyan guards!
