As an aside, in Texas it’s legal to use deadly force to protect private property, at least it was when I lived there and had a Texas CCW Wow, that's cool. So if you have a garden in Texas and someone steals a couple of tomatoes you can plink him. Just found this article which confirms it. I might just have to move to Texas some day. Too bad it's so darn hot. :-)

Too bad it's so darn hot. :-) The coldest winter I ever experienced was when I lived in Amarillo.
