I live in Euless and I have many friends living in Irving. It’s becoming a dump and starting to look like Mesquite. All the strip malls are ghost towns or occupied by dollar stores. There is no zoning regulations at all. It’s starting to creep into Euless, so I’m starting to prep the house to sell it if Romney wins and the economy turns around in about 2 years I can get back what it was worth. Irving was heavily dependent on the Cowboys stadium and without it, they’re gonna have to raise property taxes. Euless on the other hand at least has some revenue coming in for the airport and car rental lots.

My daughter in law’s dad lives in Euless too. His area is still OK but I notice when driving out there that parts of Euless are deteriorating.
