Did out first INDOOR deep fried turkey yesterday. Used regular Delallo oil. It was good but not as good as peanut oil. Took about 40 minutes to cook. Very easy and no mess.
I don't want to post the pic but is anyone is interested here is a pic I took with the Turkey fryer doing it's thing on the kitchen island. I was actually taking a pic of the dividing wall to show someone and realized the fryer was in the background. It's the big silver box.
