It’s described as an “upscale” neighborhood so I would bet you’re right.
The mall is gun free, but the spa is not at mall. It is across the road in a stand alone building. I don’t know if that building is gun free.
It wasn’t “in” a Mall. The spa was located in a stand alone building across the street from the Mall.
