In 1963, 18 years after the end of World War 2, Germany and Japan recovered from the abyss of the greatest war in history.

Their cities had been leveled, their factories demolished, but they still retained their most important treasure: an intelligent and hard-working citizenry.

South Africa, Zimbabwe, Haiti, and the rest will always be poor, because their people are not productive enough to be worth paying anything for.
