Actually, I think they might be able to, and here in our own country. I recall a big stink that was buried about 18 months ago about another executive order that was an “agreement” that would allow them to. I don’t know what happened to it though.

The big stink was about Obama giving Interpol immunity from prosecution, or something like that. Interpol cannot arrest anyone (yet).

No they can't. They have no powers of arrest, not even in France where they are headquartered. They are an administrative and criminal intelligence service only.
