I did not know about those 2 over the top regulations.
But unfortunately ignorance of the law is not a defence.
How can ignorance of each of 1 million regulatory requirements be a condition of violation of one of them? This is blatant violation of due process through making it impossible for a person know when they are in compliance with every law and regulation having the weight of law. As such it is tyranny and runaway government plain and simple.
