For plausible deniability, Operation 'Wind Zero',
using Sean Smith and the two retired SEALS,
executed by the company and State Department
tracked this "loss" (planned transfer to al Qaeda
from Obama's American Caliphate) and
produced a 'kill list’ for drone strikes.
This was apparently not approved by Al Qaeda in Libya's ringleader,
Abu Sufian Ibrahim Ahmed Hamuda bin Qumu,
who was employed by Hillary Clinton and
Obama-the-Undocumented, and
was released from Gitmo to Qaddafi in 2007.
