Romney and his surrogates should be out there every single day talking about the coming BO October surprise.
They need to joke about it, ask people what do they expect it to be. Keep the idea in the news that it is coming. Discredit it ahead of time. So when it comes, people will disregard it.
I know... he’ll stage a false riot in the ME where some of our people will be taken hostage - then he’ll negotiate their release.
I sure hope no SEALS are unexpectedly there to mess up the plan.
The october surprise will include:
1. the november 2 unemployment report released on the friday before the election, providing little opportunity for discussion and analysis.
OTHER POTENTIAL SURPRISES
2. a potential missile attack on some al qaeda aspirin factory claiming it to be the hq of the benghazi al qaeda cell that killed Amb. Stevens.
3. DIRT: a bimbo accusation against someone because it’s so easy to fake and so hard to defend. (Ryan, a Romney son, a close advisor, whatever, they won’t care)
4. DIRT: a media frenzy over a wikileaks-type revealing of Romney’s tax records or Bain supervision or something like it.
5. DIRT: a false accusation of an abortion, tryst, etc. by one of the campaign principals or their children
6. DIRT: something racial dealing with Romney’s mormonism (weak possibility, since that’s been discussed ad nauseum)
