It certainly seems that way. If Obama loses JJ Jr. has to get a pardon quickly; he can’t put off prosecution forever.
Of course he'll get a pardon.and it won't be because Osama has a big heart...there's a book coming out that details a conspiracy between Blago,JJ Jr *and* Osama Obama to sell the Illinois Senate seat.
