The lowest and most dishonest part of Crowley's disgraceful "moderation" was when she actually jumped into the debate to take Obama's side when the issue of Benghazi came up. To cover for his and his administration's lying for almost two weeks about the attack coming as the result of a spontaneous protest over a YouTube video, Obama attempted to use as cover the claim that he had called the attack a "terrorist attack" on that very first day during his Rose Garden statement.
Romney correctly disputed that.
Crowley, quite incorrectly, took Obama's side and the crowd exploded.
Here's what Obama said that day:

The 47 percent comment failed badly..on CNN they had a graph which showed the response from people who were watching the debate, the second Obama mentioned the 47 percent he flat lined..people are sick and tired about hearing about the 47 percent..most people with a brain understand what Romney meant and agree with him

Thanks..I didnt mean any disrespect to cows, but I couldnt think of any other way of describing her..good thing I have a 40 inch tv screen otherwise I wouldnt have been able to see ALL of Crowley’s fat ass
To: Doogle
Not only the tag team sandbagging of Obama&Crowley on Romney, and now she coming out saying that Romney was right and that she lied.....
But ?
This is the last thing that Obama and this Administration wants is more air time and attention given to what happened in Benghazi.
This just kicks the can farther down the road of news cycles for Benghazi and this will stay in the news even up until the election and after.
This is the last thing they wanted.....
Romney can hit this out of the park at his campaign stops and if Obama says " I didn't say that " ... all Romney has to say is: " that Crowley admitted she was wrong and that Romney was right...... now Obama ? who's telling the truth here ? " ..... ROMNEY CAMPAIGN ? taking notes ?
Romney campaign ? this is a Golden opportunity for you now to hit this Benghazigate out of the park and keep it in the news cycle until the election.
Yes, Romney campaign ? all Romney has to say is : " Obama ? even Crowley admitted she was wrong and I was right, now who ? is telling the truth to the American people ? "

The silver lining on this is that all everyone will talk about about this debate tomorrow will be how Mitt was right and both Obama and the Moderator was wrong, and will put Libya as a focus issue for the next 3 weeks.
So in a way it will work to our benefit.

LOL. I missed the debate. It sounds like Crowley is what I thought she was. This comment reminds me of South Park quote.
Kyle - Cartman, you have such a fat ass, that when people walk down the street they go, *** damn, that's a big, fat ass.'
Cartman - No, they don't, you jealous weakling.
Passerby - *** damn, that's a big fat ass.

Or deny the terrorists the satisfaction of seeing their terrorism being trumpeted by their targets, though that would be a more likely explanation if it were a GOP president.

I’m glad to see my warning Crowley would ADVOCATE for Obama was on target. I’d have preferred to have been surprised.

LOL I love South Park I remember that episode..my sister just had a very interesting thought and I never thought of this..if supposedly Obama did not know the questions beforehand..how come Candy Crowley already had the info about what Obama said outside the Rose Garden, how come she would have THAT with her of all things

It was never, ever a real debate to begin with. It was moderated by a known Democrat supporting liberal with an audience made up nearly entirely of 2008 election Obama voters and answers stage managed to support Obama’s reelection.
It is simply a propaganda set-piece which makes Romney’s performance all the more remarkable. I started out supporting Romney by simply voting against Obama, now I’m voting for Romney.

Notice how these debates are aired on every normal channel?
If they had one conservative moderator, the broadcast networks and MSNBC and likely CNN would drop out.

Haven't watched SP in years, but I remember that, along with the alien probe, Jesus boxing the devil (my favorite), and Sparky the gayest dog Cartman's ever seen.
It wouldn't shock me in the least if Crowley rigged it. I saw this one article on redstate the other day that basically showed how inbred DC Journalism is these days. The bias was worse than I thought, and I've at times worked in the business (local political).

Crowley has now said she was wrong,
but its too late because she inflicted the damage she wanted to. ...which was probably her intention all along.
To: TBP
They should have used Fox News commentator Monica Crowley And she's better looking too.
Understatement of this, and possibly the last, century.

Yeah, she came to Obama’s defense during the debate in prime time, at midnight says “oops! I'm wrong.”

This was my exchange on another board;
“Ann Romney had the look of defeat on her face.....”
My reply;
“Crowley also had the look of defeat on her face but somebody came by and made the guy put his feet down”.

They had the wrong Crowley. They should have used Fox News commentator Monica Crowley You're right. Candy has a lot more in common with Aleister Crowley than she does with Monica Crowley.
